As a Senior Account Executive working with the Sales Team, you possess a strong drive to surpass sales objectives, accurately forecast commitments, and achieve KPI for sales activities. You excel in crafting compelling narratives and effectively conveying our brand's message to clients. And above all you have the determination to win.


The impact you will have:

  • Cultivate Business Relationships With Potential Corporate Partners including:
    • Conducting Research And Due Diligence On Business Partners

    • Leading Discovery Calls With Prospects

    • Designing And Leading Demos

    • Facilitating Relationship Development Through The Execution Of Agreements

    • Spearhead the Partnership Process From The Deed Side

  • Lead the Sales-Charge by taking ownership of the entire Deed sales process, from generating leads to sealing the deal.

  • Offer expert guidance by presenting Deed comprehensive solutions. Also, provide consultative selling by leveraging your expertise to tailor solutions that meet client needs, enhancing the quality of products and services offered.

  • Cultivate prospects, establish relationships, and employ a consultative sales approach. Navigate the sales journey with proactive, client-centered communication and management.

  • Master the intricacies of the purchasing process, leveraging both internal and external resources effectively to secure opportunities.

  • Approach sales with enthusiasm and determination, aiming to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by pursuing goals. Elevate client engagement to the C-suite level, and expand your network within client organizations.

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities in corporate sales and relationship management

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Promotes cross-functional strategies and collaborations aligned with overarching goals and objectives.

  • Demonstrated achievement in negotiating and finalizing contracts, consistently surpassing quotas

  • Proven expertise in actively prospecting and managing the sales process for corporate and foundation clients

  • Compelling and dynamic communicator, capable at linking technology with long-term visions and objectives. Competent in crafting, refining, and presenting narratives, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills to develop impactful collateral material

  • Driven by the desire to create meaningful impact by empowering organizations and nonprofits through technology engagement. Skilled in technology demonstrations and leveraging technology as a tool for storytelling.

  • Champions personal and collective responsibility to achieve organizational objectives, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and additional resources as necessary.

  • Familiarity with the social impact space

Interview Process:
Our goal is to complete your interview process in under 3 weeks. However, we are happy to move at your pace.

After the initial phone screen, we would like you to meet with the Sales Team and Founders and test your sales knowledge. Steps in the process may change depending on the availability of the candidate/hiring team and actual needs.

  • 1st Interview: Head of Sales

  • 2nd Interview: COO

  • 3rd Interview: CEO/CTO

  • 4th Interview: VP of Product/Senior Partner Success
